In addition, Jeff Lapak, Director at the UNH InterOperability Lab, will discuss the collaborative efforts between Crypto.com and UNH to understand how blockchain technology can shape the future workforce. Jeff will also explore ongoing initiatives to develop educational resources and work with organizations to influence state leglislation around cryptocurrency.

Dan Nuñez Cohen is Vice President, Policy and Regulatory Affairs for Crypto.com. In that role, he advises numerous teams on ensuring products and services' compliance with applicable national, provincial, and local laws in North America. He also helps lead applications for new financial services licenses and registrations and implements the company's public policy initiative and outreach in North America. Prior to joining Crypto.com, Dan was an attorney with international law firm K&L Gates, in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. While at K&L Gates, he advised financial institutions, including banks, payments companies, and digital asset platforms, on compliance with various U.S. financial services laws and represented numerous financial institutions and trade associations on Capitol Hill.
