Monica Jordan is Associate Director of Lab Operations, Process Feasibility & Synoptics at United Therapeutics, where she leads operational strategy and cross-functional support for advanced bioprinting and laboratory initiatives. With more than 15 years of experience across oil and gas, specialty chemicals, and biotechnology, she brings a broad perspective on scaling operations, quality systems, and technical growth in complex environments. She is especially passionate about building the operational foundations that help innovative science move from early development toward real-world impact.
Keira McGrath
Lead Bioengineer and Project Coordinator
Keira McGrath is a Lead Bioengineer and Project Coordinator for the Regenerative Medicine program at DEKA Research & Development. Within this group, Keira employs a cross-discipline approach to cellular biology and engineering, focusing on the transition from manual tissue engineering methods to automated and controlled bio manufacturing processes. These automation efforts are centered on closed, consistent, and scalable manufacturing of therapeutic end products.
Keira earned a Master’s of Science degree in Molecular Medicine from Drexel University College of Medicine, and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biotechnology from Elizabethtown College.
Ilsa Webeck, MBA
VP, Commercialization Services & Marketing
Ilsa leads the Commercialization Services team at Simbex, providing the commercial strategy and market intelligence support for MedTech innovators bringing new products to market. She brings an extensive marketing and product development experience to Simbex, working over 30 years at sector leading and international products companies. Taking both a broad perspective on the industry and a focused look at specific technology areas, she helps companies to uncover user needs and develop a clear product value proposition on the path to commercialization.
Her previous work crosses a wide range of therapeutic areas and product types from spinal implants to wearable technology and robotics to artificial intelligence. Ilsa is skilled at collecting customer inputs to refine product design and commercial plans for focused growth, corporate strategic planning and due diligence. She earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business. She serves as mentor and advisor for several product development programs and accelerators and is a course director and invited lecturer on medical device development.
