Jenna is an accomplished Human Resources professional with nearly two decades of progressive HR leadership experience across technology, manufacturing, aviation software, and professional services organizations. She specializes in aligning people strategies with business objectives, building strong organizational cultures, and collaborating with fellow leaders through periods of growth and change.
Currently, Jenna is the Human Resources Business Partner at Leia Inc., creating company-wide collaboration to deliver strategic HR solutions that drive performance, engagement, and compliance.
Previously, Jenna supported enterprise initiatives as a Human Resources Project Specialist at CAMP Systems International, contributing to cross-functional HR programs in a fast-paced, global environment.

In these roles, Jenna led end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, talent development, and culture-building initiatives, helping scale the organization while maintaining a strong employee-centric foundation.

Paul Silvio, President, Alexander Technology Group
Spending time studying and traveling abroad, Paul brings a diverse world view to Alexander Technology Group. A graduate of Colgate University and Executive Leadership Programs at IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, Paul’s focus is building high-performing teams and mentoring new leaders.

Now a Bedford, NH resident, Paul brings his 25+ years of leadership and IT staffing experience to clients and jobseekers in local New England communities. As the President, he leads the company’s sales and recruiting operations across all locations. He has also served on technology committees for The Derryfield School, former board member of Stay Work Play New Hampshire and former Board Member and Chair of the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire CMNH).
When not working, Paul enjoys spending as much time as possible with his wife and 5 children, including frequent visits to their cottage on Prince Edward Island, Canada.
