We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Associate AI/ML Engineer to join the team of our exceptional client. This role is focused on designing, building, and operationalizing enterprise AI and Machine Learning solutions, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and MLOps best practices.

This position requires an engineer who thrives on turning AI concepts into production-ready solutions. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience building AI/ML pipelines, deploying models at scale, and integrating AI capabilities into real-world business applications through robust cloud-native architectures.

What will your day look like?

As a Senior Associate AI/ML Engineer, you will:

• Design, build, and deploy AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions from development through production

• Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to enhance AI-driven applications with contextual data retrieval

• Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines and model deployment frameworks

• Create and integrate APIs that support AI applications, workflows, and data services

• Develop orchestration workflows that enable reliable, automated AI and ML operations

• Partner with engineering, product, and data teams to operationalize AI use cases across the organization

• Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management

• Optimize AI and ML systems for performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability

• Support cloud-native architectures and infrastructure that power machine learning applications

• Monitor production AI environments and proactively identify opportunities for improvement

• Contribute to automation initiatives that streamline AI development and deployment processes

• Ensure AI solutions are delivered with a strong focus on production readiness and measurable business value

You will be a good fit for this role if you have:

• Strong hands-on experience building and deploying AI and Machine Learning models in production environments

• Experience designing and implementing Generative AI solutions and RAG architectures

• Deep understanding of MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, automation, and ML CI/CD pipelines

• Experience building and consuming REST APIs

• Experience designing workflow orchestration solutions for AI and machine learning processes

• Strong experience with AWS cloud services, including services such as SageMaker, Lambda, S3, ECS, EKS, or similar technologies

• Proficiency in Python and common ML/AI frameworks and libraries

• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar technologies

• Experience working with distributed systems and large-scale data pipelines

• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes

• Familiarity with workflow orchestration platforms such as Apache Airflow, AWS Step Functions, or similar tools

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments

• Demonstrated ability to deliver production-ready AI solutions rather than purely research-focused models

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience implementing enterprise GenAI applications and conversational AI solutions

• Experience developing AI orchestration frameworks and agent-based workflows

• Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search technologies

• Experience with model governance, observability, and responsible AI practices

• Experience with enterprise-scale cloud-native application development

• Exposure to advanced AI deployment strategies and multi-model architectures

• Experience supporting highly regulated or large-scale enterprise environments
