What will your day look like? As an BDR, you will:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, outreach, and relationship building
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates on project status and milestones
  • Contribute to project planning and definition activities
  • Manage project scope and ensure alignment with objectives
  • Define and clarify requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Ensure deliverables meet business objectives and client expectations
  • Oversee successful project delivery from initiation to completion
  • Collaborate closely with the Technical Lead for cohesive execution
  • Hold project team members accountable for assigned tasks and results
  • Serve as a client advocate to represent stakeholder needs
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess project health
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within accounts
  • Manage a portfolio of multiple clients and projects simultaneously

You will be a good fit as a BDR if you:

  • Possess a foundational understanding of technical project management principles
  • Demonstrate the ability to grasp technical concepts and terminology
  • Are comfortable collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders
  • Bring Mid-to-Senior-level experience
  • Are able to effectively communicate technical needs and project goals
  • Are capable of contributing to technical discussions without requiring deep expertise
