What will your day look like?

As a Technical Program Manager, you will:

• Lead multiple concurrent technical initiatives, including platform modernization and security improvement programs

• Provide day-to-day delivery leadership for a cross-functional engineering team

• Develop, manage, and maintain technical roadmaps, project plans, backlogs, timelines, and priorities

• Translate business and technical objectives into well-defined epics, user stories, and sprint-ready work items

• Partner closely with Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, QA resources, and stakeholders to drive successful delivery

• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies

• Coordinate testing activities across multiple workstreams and support validation efforts as needed

• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers

• Communicate status updates, timelines, risks, and delivery forecasts to technical and business stakeholders

• Establish and maintain processes for managing security-related work, vulnerability remediation efforts, and technical debt initiatives

• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and engineering teams to prioritize and track remediation activities

• Maintain visibility and transparency across project deliverables, workstreams, and sprint commitments

• Help drive process improvements that increase team efficiency and delivery predictability

• Adapt priorities and execution plans as business needs evolve


You will be a good fit for this role if you have:

• 4-7 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Delivery Management, Technical Project Management, or a similar role

• Strong experience managing Agile delivery processes and technical backlogs

• Advanced experience using Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, workflow management, reporting, and delivery tracking

• Experience writing and refining user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements

• Experience working directly with software engineers, DevOps teams, and technical stakeholders

• Strong project planning, prioritization, and organizational skills

• Experience coordinating testing efforts and supporting quality assurance activities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience managing multiple parallel workstreams and competing priorities

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

• Comfort operating in dynamic, fast-changing environments with evolving priorities

• Experience using Agile and Scrum methodologies

• Experience with Confluence or similar collaboration and documentation tools


Nice-to-Haves

• Experience supporting data platform, analytics, or reporting platform migrations

• Familiarity with modern data and reporting technologies

• Experience with vulnerability management, CVE remediation workflows, or security-focused initiatives

• Experience partnering with enterprise security teams

• Experience building new operational processes, governance structures, or delivery frameworks from the ground up

• Understanding of DevOps practices, cloud technologies, and software development lifecycles

• Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams within complex technical environments
